Beverage Service

Alcohol (including beer, wine, and hard liquors), beer and soft drink/mixed drink cups, drink stirrers, beverage napkins, and subcontracted bar staff are the sole responsibility of the licensee. NO bottled or canned beer is allowed. All beer must be by tap only. The beer cooler holds 5 kegs. All alcoholic beverages brought onto the premises must contain a PA Liquor Stamp/Seal.

Beverages must be dispensed at the area or areas designated for such purpose. No other areas can be used for dispensing beverages and/or alcohol.

No beverages shall be dispensed after 11:00 PM. on the date of the event. We reserve the right to cease dispensing all beverages in case of disturbance or any activity as stated in the contract clause.

A minimum of 2 bartending staff are required to serve 350 guests and under at the main bar. An additional bar staff member may be required to bartend the portable keg bar if the number of guests exceeds 350.

Soft drinks and mixers included with the hall: Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Sierra Mist, Ginger Ale, Orange Juice, Tonic Water, and Cranberry Juice.

Any other mixers desired are the responsibility of the licensee and are not included with the package.

All additional soft drinks must be purchased from Pepsi Bottling Company only.
